This website offers visitors review and consultation services for their writing and documents for competitive applications. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Use and Purchase of Services

This website and its services are intended for those 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you. When purchasing a service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full service description before making a commitment to buy it: (ii)  you commit to paying the listed price for the service when you complete the check-out payment process.

 

The prices we charge for using our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing is available on the payments page. We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

 

Review Service

The primary service offered by Ivy Pacific Review, LLC is the review service for writing and documents for competitive applications.  A complete review service consists of the following actions and products:

1. The customer purchases the review service using the check-out process on the website.

2. The customer receives instructions via email for submitting their document(s) to be reviewed.

3. The customer submits their document(s) according to emailed instructions.

4. After a detailed review of the document, the customer receives back via email (1) a draft of their document edited for spelling and grammar, (2) comments on the document itself with advice for improving content, wording, and/or tone in specific instances or places, and (3) a separate document with evaluative feedback on the document’s content, style, overall impact, and suggestions for improvement.

 

Follow-up Review Service

Ivy Pacific Review, LLC offers returning customers the opportunity to receive a second review service at a lower price on document(s) for which they had previously purchased reviews. The follow-up review service consists of the same actions and products as stated above for the initial review service. Customers are only eligible for the follow-up price if (1) they have previously purchased a review service, and (2) the document submitted for follow-up review is the same document that had been reviewed previously. 

 

Consultation Service

The consultation service consists of a 30-minute meeting between the customer and an expert reviewer to discuss strategies for writing high-quality application documents. Meetings occur online using remote meeting software.  A complete consultation service consists of the following actions:

1. The customer purchases the consultation service using the check-out process on the website.

2. The customer receives instructions via email for scheduling and joining the consultation meeting.

3. At the scheduled time, the customer and reviewer join the meeting and have their discussion.

 

Refunds

Reviews and feedback are subjective, and disagreement with the content of the feedback does not constitute grounds for refund.  Purchases of reviews or consultations may be refunded if you receive no communication from Ivy Pacific Review within 7 days of purchase.

 

Accuracy and Integrity

By submitting your documents for review, you affirm that the content of your writing is truthful, accurate, and written in good faith. Ivy Pacific Review, LLC is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any instances or repercussions from customer writing which is found to contain plagiarism, dishonesty, or other legal or ethical violation.

 

No Guarantee

Ivy Pacific Review, LLC makes no guarantee about the results of any application submission. Our services are intended to improve the quality of written application materials, but application outcomes are the result of many factors and are outside the scope and control of our services.

 

Intellectual Property

The service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Ivy Pacific Review. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

 

Email And Other Electronic Communications

Using the website or sending emails  constitutes electronic communications. In using the website, sending an email, or purchasing a service you consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Website, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Email is the primary form of communication used between Ivy Pacific Review and customers to fulfill review or consultation services. we will take reasonable steps to ensure that any communications remain confidential, but we cannot guarantee the security of such communications and cannot guarantee that we would not be required to disclose such communications as a result of a court order.

 

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold Ivy Pacific Review, LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ivy Pacific Review, LLC, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ivy Pacific Review, LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

 

Arbitration

You hereby expressly waive any and all claims you may have, now or in the future, arising out of or relating to Ivy Pacific Review, LLC, any and all contracts you enter into with Ivy Pacific Review, LLC, and any and all of the company’s services. To the extent that you attempt to assert any such claim, you hereby expressly agree to present such claim only through binding arbitration to occur in Honolulu, HI. You further agree to and hereby waive any right to class arbitration and agree, instead, to conduct an arbitration related solely to any individual claims you and/or any entity related to you may assert. To the fullest extent permissible by law, you further agree that you shall be responsible for all costs associated with initiating the arbitration and for the administration of the arbitration.

 

International Users

The website is controlled, operated and administered by Ivy Pacific Review, LLC from our offices within the USA. If you access the website from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use content, materials, or services accessed through the website in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
